I was a strange child. I knew from a very very early age that cartoons and movies weren’t real. While other kids were watching Land of the Lost and Saturday morning cartoons (I was as well actually), I was watching gory 70’s/80’s slasher films and stealing my mom’s makeup to try and duplicate the gags I had seen on screen.
I had a list of movies that had already been made and I shouldn’t even be watching that I knew I wanted to work on. When I understood the idea behind sequels I had hopes of ne day working on those films.
While other kids wanted to be Han Solo, I wanted to work on a Han Solo movie!
In my career I have been lucky enough to actually achieve those goals, completing my bucket list of franchises and so much more.
The list is as follows
- Star Wars
- Aliens
- Predator
- Tron
Yes there were a few other that will never come to fruition… I’m looking at you Gremlins, but I am quite pleased with the variety and fun of the titles I have worked on and occasionally continue to work on. I am now entering a calmer chapter of my career and yet harking back to the start of it all, working on indie and low budget horror. Thus once again fulfilling the glory of my childhood.
